Very good service. Products as advertised. I love shopping Takealot. Seeing that I am staying in a small town with limited goodies, takealot gives me the opportunity to shop till I drop.

Years a client
Years a client. Always very friendly staff when calling. I cancelled my insurance due to the fact that I am 65 now. I recommend platinum life. Thank you for years of good service. Althouw R60 000 pay out I am sure My total premies over the years was more than R120 000. Layout will be appreciated.

To much deduction
I am about to open ***** case. Monthly 4 deductions: 1. On air out R275. 2. On air plus R220. 3. On air R105. 4 On air another R105. Total deduction R705. Going on for months now. I e-mailed them without success. I think here is a snake in the grass, one massive one. I hope that the problem can be solved via hellopeter and that I can receive a payback for money taken. Hope someone at on air will do the effort to do a full audit.

Import tax paid twice
Sorry to go this way, but I do not get any feedback from Buffelo: I ordered package from Temu. Paid the taxes on 7th September. Tried to send the screenshot to them, without success. Since the 7th I tried to contact them via e-mail or whatsapp. No success. This morning I received another message from them to do payment.Today My order BUFZA6SK41568N1YQ. Made EFT payment to the amount of R115.69. Ref: LXX7VB. Today I made another payment via my credit card. My suggestion is to not do EFT payment to them.
