I am extremely disappointed with MyTech Zone. I once app**** for a loan and was told there was an offer available for me. They asked for my personal details to supposedly help increase my credit score — I gave the details in good faith, not knowing I was being signed up for anything. I never took any product or service from MyTech Zone, yet they are now deducting R140 from my account every month via a debit order! I did not authorize this, and I feel misled. Here's a professional and polite letter you can send to MyTech Zone to address this issue: Subject: Dispute of Unauthorized Debit Order – Request for Immediate Cancellation and Refund Dear MyTech Zone Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a debit order of R140 being deducted from my bank account. Some time ago, I app**** for a loan through your platform and was informed that an offer had been found. I was then asked to provide my personal details in order to improve my credit score, which I did in good faith. However, I would like to make it clear that I did not accept or receive any product, service, or device from MyTech Zone. I also did not authorize any subscription or debit order to be set up on my account. This debit order is unauthorized, and I respectfully request the following Immediate cancellation of the debit order linked to my account. A full refund of the amounts that have been deducted so far. Written confirmation that no further deductions will be made. Please investigate this matter urgently and provide feedback as soon as possible. I would appreciate a written response within 5 working days to avoid further action through my bank or the National Credit Regulator. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I am extremely disappointed with MyTech Zone. I once app**** for a loan and was told there was an offer available for me. I never took any product or service from MyTech Zone, yet they are now deducting R140 from my account every month via a debit order! I did not authorize this, and I feel misled. I want the following to be done immediately: Cancel the debit order. Refund me for the amounts already taken. Confirm in writing that no more deductions will be made. If this is not resolved urgently, I will take the matter further through my bank and the National Credit Regulator. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Please respond and resolve this as soon as possible.
