PLEASE BEWARE / PLEASE READ FIRST
Please be carefull when dealing with this company - they are linked to LL Electrical who have been ****ming people out of there monies all over the East Rand. This is a husband and wife operation - but now opened a New Buisness as the old buisness name has been tarnished buy the carnage left behind of people paying deposist and the jobs never getting done. Always a pitty party story - they "take responcibility" but never actually pay back the funds. I lost R22500 - how much would you like to loose?

If i could give a ZERO rating i would - but it does not allow me. ***DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE*** You will just pay and loose your monies. My Story goes back to 2023 - paid R25 000 (50% Deposit) for a Generator Head and that was the last of it. Always someone else's issue - not theirs - promises to make refunds, never does, signs a AOD accepting liability and confirmed payment dates (2025) paid R2500 the whole year - still R22500 outstanding. I lost R22500 - How much do you want to

What a Joke - Bidvest Tyre "Angel"
I cant begin to tell you how irritated am with these guys. I have had 2 policy's with them for years - i have claimed twice. i can understand the wear and tare on tyres - so its calculated by the ammount on tread you have left on your tyre. Mine had 6.94mm/6.98mm treat on the tyre. A brand new tyre is concidered 7mm - so its rounded down to 6mm - 90% of the tyre claim will be paid for. But then the same principle is app**** to Tim repairs, wheel balancing etc. How does that make sense? Explain to me how you calculate my Rim repair at 90% if the rim does not have ware and tare? Its a joke man, quick to take your cash - slow on responding to your claims (5-7 Days) if your lucky, another 5 days for authorisation. God forbid you have 2 blow outs in 1 accidents. You may as well park your car and sit at home. and im talking about a few Hundred Rands here - but its the principle behind this all that makes no sense especially when it comes to the rims and wheel alignment. Its ok - no thank you. Will find a better suited insurer for me.
