I logged a return on the 6th of February and asked for a refund. To this date, I have never received my refund back. I sent countless of emails, tried to call their number on the website, sent them online messages and I am getting ignored. Please refund me!

I logged a dispute issue on the 26th of March. I have been following up each week with no response. I only received a call today only to let me know that they will not help me with my chargeback. I mean I was scammed for heaven sake and they only telling me after so long that they won't help me. Where do I then turn to for help? I need my money back please!!!
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of October. Till to date I haven't received it. I paid all the money that was asked of me and submitted every documents they asked for. I waa promised by Kekanetswe that I will receive my parcel on the 21st of October. Yesterday when I called I couldn't get through to her. I spoke to her supervisor Enos and Manager Aaron and they promised that I will receive my parcel today, 22 October. Today when I call them they don't take my calls. Kekanetswe tells me that they're system is down and they can't release my parcel. I have run out of options because it seems they not even doing anything to get their system up and running again. Or maybe the issue is one of their lies they are telling me. My question is if customs are offline for 2 months then it means I'm only gonna get my parcel then? Come on this is rubbish!! Somebody please do something, I am tired of dealing with incompetent people!!!
