I purchased an ASUS laptop from makro in February fast forward September my laptop won't switch on. Returned to makro and I was advised to contact Pinnacle warranty myself, they collected my device on the 29th of September through RAM. 08 October I receive an email stating that my device has been repaired and will be returned to me. 23 October I receive a call telling me that my device's cause for not switching on is due to liquid damage! And that they will give me a quote as it is not covered!!! Mind you I had not even activated Microsoft word on my laptop. I received the WORST SERVICE EVER!! I AM ANGERED AND IN DISBELIEF AT THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY!! I CAN'T EVEN RECEIVE A REFUND AS MY WARRANTY EXPIRED IN AUGUST!! Aphiwe Dlamini
