Hi fi corporation
I bought a 65 inch sansui tv 6 months ago, I visited hi fi Cornubia where I purchased the tv and they said they will send some one over, the company called ronniemastercare tv called me and made informed they would come on the 26/02/20, they did not come and called to reschedule for the 03/03/20 at 8:30, they came on the 3rd at 11:45, two guys one named SHANE, they were late, rudent, they told me they cannot take my tv off the bracket and I must get somebody to take the tv off the bracket and they will book another day to fetch the tv, I called customer care and spoke to Anita who was not helpful and told me, that I can take the tv to hi fi corporation on my own.

Poor service delivery, con man,
This company is owned and run by Jerome (Tony), I paid him upfront the total amount, he is unprofessional, incompetent, poor service delivery and mistreatment of his staff. He promised me that the job would be done in 2 to 3 days, instead it is now the second week and the job is still not done, I call him multiple times a day, everyday, he promises to finish the job but never comes, always makes excuses which include, worker got injured, we don't work in the rain, workers wife had a baby. Beware he also will try to rob you as he gave me an inclusive price but when he came he said he didn't add gutters and wants more money before starting, it's been over a week now, and he is a smooth talker and a con man, DONT TAKE A CHANCE WITH HIM.
