Boikanyo Society is a scam and our elders are falling for it. Today (26.10.2020) I went to their main office in Rustenburg. I went there with my mother to claim the R1610 and they suggested that she takes grocery worth the money and when she agreed, they offered us grocery worth R700. So R1610 - R700 = R910 and they told us that we can't get the remaining money in cash because that's not how they operate. They want to use the money to pay for the premiums but still my mother also has to pay monthly. We had a talk with Mr Tefo who failed to assist us and locked himself in his office. Remo told the receptionist to send us out as he is done dealing with us and asked us to stop making idle threats. The society refuses to pay my mother as they told us they can't because thays not how they operate. Tefo doesn't know answers to client's questions as he hides behind "my bosses told me what to do and what not to do". Tefo leaves clients waiting for his service to go and hide in his office because clients are unreasonable according to him. When he finally got out of his office was to point his fingers and me to let me know that I don't scare him and I should stop making threats when u continuously told him I am going to report the insufficient client service we got.
