Took in my unit on the 11th of Feb 2025, told about the waiting period (up to 21days), today’s date is 17 April 2025, my unit remains not assessed. R500 booking fee paid, with a promise of my unit checked (assessed) and feedback given. No feedback was given, I mostly had to write emails demanding information. The only thing i was being told is the symptom i provided when i brought in the unit. Collected my unit today (17/04/25), technicians did not even know how to analyse my unit or how it functions. Technicians also confirmed that my unit was never opened. While being assisted, attention was moved from me to the other customer that arrived after me I wouldn’t advise anyone who loves their units to take them there! JOB CARD NO. E34503
