Very bad service we were ****** in this property and the owner doesn't care at all after being ****** in her property on the 2/06/2023 we requested a refund because we can't sleep in that place Saturday she promised to do emmediate payment but she didn't she did normal payment so that we won't leave obviously we didn't have money then we all slept in one room others on the floor imagen on vacation because we feared for our lives but we had no choice then we payed breakage fee of R1500 which was our petrol money to go back to Johannesburg but she couldn't give us because she did a payment not emmediate payment I wish the lady can go learn communication skills and we requesting compansation we lost our things and we were treated horrible
I Spoke to Mavhuba he was very helpful and patient with me as I had few things to ask

I told them previously that I'm not satisfied about the outcome as they gave me money that doesn't even cover the interest I got on the loan as I told them I want from R2000 but they told me they decided on R1000 they didn't even bother to ask me if I'm satisfied they were actually telling me now Monday the 23/11/2020 they will come back to me till today so now I want to know if they will resolve this or should I go further as this matter is dragging for too long now
I wrote complaining about breach of contract with Sanlam and now I'm not happy at all I'm actually disappointed as I told them very well that my compensation that I'll be satisfied with is R2000 I calculated the expenses they put me through I told them very well that I had to borrow money from loan shark to cover the amount they took and my reputation was on the line as I don't borrow I had to skip my work to go around looking for money and then they gave me R1000 they were actually offering R350 even after I explained what I expect I'm not a fighting person now I feel like Sanlam don't see that this is actually breach of contract that R1000 doesn't recover the arrears I paid on loan shark and now I'm thinking of taking the matter to Legal Ombudsman as they don't take me serious...
I have a serious problem with Sanlam service it's very poor they always deduct on the we didn't agree on..on day before we go to level 5 lockdown at home they sent me money to go buy things so that I can stay indoors during lockdown but no Sanlam deducted that money I phone them with my airtime wanting the money they told me I must go get bank statement I told them I can't I'm at work and I really need e use that money they told me straight they can't help me fine, again my son was sick his father deposit money to take him to the doctor before I went to the doctor in the morning Sanlam deducted the money again 2 or 3 days before my deduction date now last weekend there was a family Ceremony that I needed to attend they send me money on the 24 on the 25 Sanlam again took the money am I not allowed to have money in my bank if I'm insured with you and what **** me off I wrote an inbox to you guys I have proof you phoned back and promised me it will stop fine September I didn't have a problem now October again so I must keep on wasting my money energy and time for you to do your job? I can't even reverse the who must pay the charges I'm so sick and tired you frustrating my life I need compensation for this treatment I'm receiving from you guys you abusing me period 0783122320 that's my number
