No service/bad experience
NO JOY to speak of at this venue! Especially for employees!! The owner does not honour verbal contracts, postponing written contracts. Does not pay employees, simple excuse of not having funds - but giving accomodation, water & electricity free to unemployed for more than a year. Even feed them. But ones who actually WORKS at the resort, does not get paid or fed.

Tapas Thessen Island
My husband and I were told Tapas Thessen Island has the best fresh fish. So we went there, and was VERY dissapointed. 3 fish*****, still frozen inside, very oily - R70. 7 pieces of 3 - 5cm calamari, also very oily - R95. A small portion of refried chips, R60. He drank a Castle lite, I had a Savannah dry. I had 2 ask twice for a slice of lemon. Service was bad. We were still hungry, but did not feel to order anything more. The bill was R320!!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE TIME!!! GET A NEW MANAGER OR CLISE IT DOWN
