Very rude dark CHUNKY security guard
Your Security personnel are very Rude thy can not address people 1 dark skinned chunky Venda man thinks Park Station is father company he must relax and understand that the people that his giving attitude to r the reason his getting paid and 1 other thing Park Station bus services must organize potters cosbit dsnt make sense 4 a 16year old girl 2 carry alot of huge luggage. Rain the "MABENA" of networks has done it again.The agreement between me and them was that thy debit thyr money after 27th cos I get paid on the 27th of every month n thy HV been doing tht 4 years I think we 3/4 years now in2 this toxic relationship now all of a sudden my wife calls me saying that rain has suspended thyr service due 2 non payment 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄njani cos itz the 26th 2day tried reaching thm on thyr site nothing happened(as usual) called them no answer, wifey cnt work 2day because the storm is over 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴☁️ 🌤️🌤️🌤️🌤️🌤️🌤️🌈🌈

1ns upon a time rain was the best now thyr below average when therz loadshedding the rain stops raining 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩now thyr entering a new field of scamming people.thy said if I upgrade my speed from 25mbps 2 50mbps n I was going to pay R599 n save 100 I loved the offer n upgraded now when I check month ends billing 2 check whether the promo was activated, I was shocked to c tht I must pay R999 instead of 599🤔🤔🤔 kanjani though or myb 5 n 9 is the same thing asazi ,We are being hussled emzansi

Rain internet service is useless
I dnt understand y this company has a support centre ,ppl working there r clueless thyr all good @ asking if the SIM was inserted correctly as if thy are the 1st ppl 2 cum up with a device that requires inserting of a sim ,it's been a full week since I last had internet from rain when u call them it's like u call retirement centre tht deals nothing with the internet clueless bunch, I'm cancelling this **** I can't be paying n dealing with such horrible service voetsek ,I wonder if Celeste Ntuli know that she's endorsing a joke of a company 😔😔oh I almost 4got she's also a comedian,1 of these idiots is Mbalenhle G useless
