Kevin was extremely rude and screamed at me and my landlord. He did horrible work, has no idea how to treat his employees (which he just picked up off the street) The tiles are scew, he did not discuss eveything with us and plainly did what he wanted. Unfortunately, this was not what we wanted or had envisioned. He cut beautiful tiles into mosaics "because he thought that was best". I would have loved to post some pictures of his "work".
I cancelled my account in August, unfortunately had to pay for September still. I received an email to confirm my cancellation in October. Guess what, this morning I found that Webafrica had deducted a security amount on my non-existing LTE! it has been inactive for a month, yet I am paying for a security valid from 1 Nov to 30 Mar... for an inactive service! I tried to contact Webafrica since 6h15 this morning... and am still awaiting feedback from the "service provider". the bot is clearly not efficient and completely useless! This is the most awful business I have ever come across!
