Terrible service and communication from them after my lease ended.
Services received from sanlam life are appalling. I've requested for funds to be transferred from my provident fund to my RA. A ROT was sent to my intermediary on 22 March 2024 which she did not respond to until I called her then she told me that she does not know what to do with the ROT. I've had a very unfruitful back and forth with sanlam and I am very dissapointed.
I was assisted by Nkosi Nxumalo who was very proficient in attending to my query and very knowledgeable in answering any questions I had regarding my annual vehicle insurance review
Nkosinathi Shezi called me back promptly and assisted with reviewing my policies in a respectful time efficient and highly informative manner. He was well prepared to answer any questions that arose from my end.
The repair work on my vehicle was not completed. They promised they'll do the work in January 2020 but to date nothing. I've made follow up with them even with their head office and I'm getting no joy. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They never call you back then blame the receptionist, always tell you there are no notes on their system regarding your queries. Even their head office has not been of assistance to resolve the problems on my vehicle.
