I am of the belief that everyone below who has given this company 5 stars is closely affiliated with them or was just relieved to get their car back. My car has been with them for over 3 weeks for a very small issue. I was given an estimate of R1400 for diagnosis and fix, then a quote for R7000+, then they could not resolve the issue for over 3 weeks. I had to call every single day (poor customer service) and was given the run around each time. I collected the car today and guess what fixing the battery drain resulted in broken central locking system, broken alarm system, broken windscreen. My tracker devices were just ripped out and never replaced. They list what they couldn't fix after but completely ignore the windscreen (one stone away from completely falling in). A laymen theory is very simple, they ******ed up the car within the first few days and have been trying to buy time so they can fix whatever else they broke. The car now has to go for a second diagnosis to determine what else they broke as it had just come from a recent full service. ...and we engage legal teams tomorrow.
Heads up. The previous reviews are all true. They have 'creative' ways to make sure you don't get your deposit back; left the house in immaculate condition, R5700 deposit disappeared on 'painting' a 1 bedroom flat then demanded a further R2000 and started sending out letters of demand without ever trying to communicate with me whereas they have the gall bladder to send out childish, condescending emails to all tenants. I cc'ed everyone up the chain of command, seems they don't care as long as they can get away with it. Read the contracts twice and get legal opinion before signing with them.
