Still waiting for refund after 2 years!!
I ordered some stuff just before covid and got and email in November that my Order will be delivered in January of 2021 as covid was getting out of hand and I understood the situation, after January I emailed them and ask when will my order be delivered and no response. I waited another month and reach out again to them no response, call center said that someone will call me back and they will do a refund. After a few months I emailed them again and ask if I can get a refund as I no longer needed the products as I got it off Takealot, they ask me for my banking details and after that It's been 2 years now and I'm still struggling to get my money back.. They even added on the system the my order was refunded and it wasn't I never received my money. They don't answer there emails or call anymore. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER, THEY MUST BE CLOSED. There just scamming innocent people out of there hard earned money!!
