As a standalone POS maybe, but integrated to SAGE.....stay away. Data intefrity and processes full of flaws. Technical after sales service lacking. Irrespective of where the problem lies, it takes too long to be resolved and errors re-occur. Not suitable for a medium sized company!!

Humble Till is pathetic. Michael promised the earth but delivered sweet nothing, two weeks into the trial I received a bill despite being promised a trial for 30 days, I sent an email stating that the charge was premature and should be reversed. I received no response to date. After receiving a second monthly charge from them. I called them and spoke to Brian who promised a refund but till not yet done. I wonder of they cancelled my contract as I cannot get hold of them by phone. Beware of their promises. Rather don't deal with them.

Humble Till is pathetic. As the owner of a coffee shop - please take my advice - Humble is absolutely useless. Their software may be of some value. But their support and customer service is absolutely pathetic and without direction! It has been quite some time since encountering such rubbish...

We have been with humble almost +- 4 years and going strong. This is one of the most amazing pos that you will ever need. Support is always friendly and helpful. Will always go out there way to help you with anything and make sure your pos is working to there best abilities. Will highly recommend.

To the CEO of Humble till. Please note that your staff is running your product and services to the ground. In 14 days period I couldn't do a single thing to test. This guy Michael (michael@humbletill.com) has no idea of time or service at all. The very 1st time we spoke he was suppose to call me back with answers, never happened, he then claimed that he did call me but received voicemail (no voicemail left and no missed call from the guy or any email). Then yesterday after my email to complain this chap called again and guess what, same story, he now promised me an online Demo at 08:30am and confirmed via email and still no luck with this chap and no service what so ever. In 14 days I couldn't get 1 answer or an online demo from this guy, I'm in need of 20 tills but this guy *****ed it up. I'm so glad I didn't get involved with this company and would advise everyone to not deal with them after reviewing complaints on Hello peter. Humble Till you might as well close your doors! Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic.

We have been using the Humble Till, Point of Sale software, for our new coffee shop, going on to 2 weeks. We have been having endless trouble with the integration of the printers and the card facilities. There is almost R1000 of unpaid slips of customers that was unable to pay with the card facility that I had to let go due to the card machine not working. There is a certain Nick in the PMB office that is very arrogant and "smirky" at the best of times, according to my experience. For example; after I explained our predicament, I caught him having a little laugh at our expense but he of course denied it when i confronted him... Just another instance of the "no care" attitude from some of the staff... The funny thing is that we are litte more than 5 min drive from their Somerset Offices...! There has been no one here to check on how the shop is doing with their POS, except Christian. YES, Christian, he is amazing when it comes to customer service and actually caring about a small start-up business! However, he just ONE… So not all bad!
