Thieves!!! In bridge of Contract!!! I have been to the store 11 times! I have called them over 50 times! Over 2 years later, no devices!!! No Service!!! No REFUND!!!! AND NO Ability to cancel since 24 months. Did cancellation numerous times, also a telecoms company cancelled on behave of me and still I'm being billed!!! Not for 1 but for 2 I was now forced to get my Attorney involved as this level of incompetence is unseen.
The W O R S T - P A T H E T I C - INCOMPETENT NON SERVICE delivery Company In the world! The STAFF Should be FIRED! Siyabonga Phakati was of absolute NO assistance from the 9th of September 2021 once quote was accepted and paid for an Export of urgent equipment. He has deliberately delayed and proved his incompetence, the pickup and deliverly is on hold for 16 days because of his incompetence. The Courier guy, this is unacceptable and Pathetic, today is 24 September and the incompetence never ends. I have demanded the supervisor call me, lets see if a higher rank can ship this package. I have used The Courier guy's automated system with easy for many years, however when the online cannot quote for exports and you have to work with this human, you will have no joy from day 1. I cannot emphasis the severity of the incompetence one has.
Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic Merchant Staff. FNB Nowhere to Help you!!! So I opened up 3 shops just to wait over a month for machines for the 3 shops. Now that I need to change an account number for the merchant machines FNB has delayed the move of the accounts also for over another month. Not for anything for needing a letterhead that I dont have as it's a sole proprietor account. And now its been another 2 days waiting for answers as they have all info to change the account number. Is there a lawyer that will like to handle a law suite against this non performing institution I'd really like to go ahead with a legal suite against them for loss of income in a class action law suite.
To the CEO of Humble till. Please note that your staff is running your product and services to the ground. In 14 days period I couldn't do a single thing to test. This guy Michael (michael@humbletill.com) has no idea of time or service at all. The very 1st time we spoke he was suppose to call me back with answers, never happened, he then claimed that he did call me but received voicemail (no voicemail left and no missed call from the guy or any email). Then yesterday after my email to complain this chap called again and guess what, same story, he now promised me an online Demo at 08:30am and confirmed via email and still no luck with this chap and no service what so ever. In 14 days I couldn't get 1 answer or an online demo from this guy, I'm in need of 20 tills but this guy *****ed it up. I'm so glad I didn't get involved with this company and would advise everyone to not deal with them after reviewing complaints on Hello peter. Humble Till you might as well close your doors! Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic.
<p>Over the past 6 weeks I have logged numerous calls with Telkom pertaining to my call situation where every call mutes. Telkom is now so pathetic that I can't even call the call centre without it muting my call. To top it off the agent know about it, it mutes, he can hear me and I ask him to call me back and still nothing. Nothing has been resolved. I have 3 Telkom mobile numbers and all of them do the same. I have heard of thousands of other people and they all have the same issue and Telkom is nowhere to be found. </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disgusting service, now try and get out of a contract where they cannot deliver a service and the client must pay. Telkom needs to be taken to court by the public as this cannot carry on like this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay very very far away from this pathetic company they will con you in every way possible.</p> <p>My business has taken a seriious knock and I am concidering legal action.</p>
I logged a contact me form on their website for them to call me back and it's been 3 days and I haven't heard anything at all. Only automated email with a reference number on.<br> I need 2 new business cards and 2 petrol cards and some stuff done to my account and FNB service is nowhere to be found and it's business. I have personal with them as well. Seems they dont care as long as they take our money then screw the rest.<br> <br> Thanks for absolute no service FNB you suck!!!!
