Disappointing and misleading experience We purchased a timeshare at Kruger Park Lodge on the clear understanding — and as a condition of sale — that the seller would pay the first year’s levy. Almost a year later, despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, the levy has still not been paid. As a direct result, we were unable to book or use our timeshare, and the allocated week has now been lost. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Promises made at the point of sale were not honoured, and there has been no accountability for the consequences of these shortcomings. Prospective buyers should proceed with caution and ensure that all commitments are fulfilled in writing and timeously before concluding any purchase.
I have recently retired. I asked PPS to convert my pension and preservation fund to a living annuity. The request was made in August but I was told it's too late to process. I understood and hence I withdrew from my investment account. After completing the application forms with their consultant, I was told to approve it electronically. I down loaded the form in off butgthey said they don't accept pdf signatures. I then printed the forms and signed and then manually scanned it and sent it to PPS. This process was completed on 23 Dept 2025. To date I don't have acknowledgement of the forms nor my pension payout, this causing my debit orders to bounce.
I have a major problem closing an account at FNB. I give them notice to close the account. I can understand that they will transfer the closing balance to an nominated account or alternately should the balance is negative, request you to pay the final balance. They said zero the balance and send a request to do so. In the meantime more bank charges are levied each moth and the account never gets to close. I think they are a ***** !!! Hope their oligopoly ends soon.
My account was suspended despite the fact that I paid my MO thly subscription. They provide useless customer service espacially in light of the fact that Ive been a customer for more than 20years. Besides the amount involved is a princely sum of R329. 00.
Humble Till is pathetic. Michael promised the earth but delivered sweet nothing, two weeks into the trial I received a bill despite being promised a trial for 30 days, I sent an email stating that the charge was premature and should be reversed. I received no response to date. After receiving a second monthly charge from them. I called them and spoke to Brian who promised a refund but till not yet done. I wonder of they cancelled my contract as I cannot get hold of them by phone. Beware of their promises. Rather don't deal with them.
Pathetic service, almost two years and straightforward claim still not finalised or settled.
Bunch of crooks. They don't respond to you. its 16 months and they still haven't settled our claim for loss of assets during the Sept 2019 riots. They and their sidekicks Brolink are in cahoots
