To the CEO of Humble till.
Please note that your staff is running your product and services to the ground. In 14 days period I couldn't do a single thing to test. This guy Michael (michael@humbletill.com) has no idea of time or service at all.
The very 1st time we spoke he was suppose to call me back with answers, never happened, he then claimed that he did call me but received voicemail (no voicemail left and no missed call from the guy or any email). Then yesterday after my email to complain this chap called again and guess what, same story, he now promised me an online Demo at 08:30am and confirmed via email and still no luck with this chap and no service what so ever.
In 14 days I couldn't get 1 answer or an online demo from this guy, I'm in need of 20 tills but this guy *****ed it up.
I'm so glad I didn't get involved with this company and would advise everyone to not deal with them after reviewing complaints on Hello peter.
Humble Till you might as well close your doors! Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic.
