Pathetic Customer service
they are very quick to take your monthly premium but when you need them they simply hide behind stupid e-mails and do not help their customers. They stopped my claim payment with no explanation and without notice. Your support is absolutely pathetic and you have incompetent people sitting in a office and making stupid decision about someone elses life without even looking at the facts in hand.Can someone please wake up and call me so that this matter can be resolved.Where can I get the head of the claims department's contact details?

Super BAD Service
Useless company with even more useless people and management working there. No idea what customer service, support of satisfaction mean. Everyone is passing the buck and management is to good to speak to customers. Left more than 6 messages for Mr. Malcom but in 2 days he did not care enough to find out what my concern was. I sent in a compressor for a recon that was surpose to take 2 days turned out to be a week. receiced it back at the mechanic to install and the compressor was leaking. They collected it after we sent a video showing the leak to them. Another week and a lot of phone calls past before we were told that they replaced the seal and tested the unit and it was now perfect. got delivered to the mechanic only to see that it is still leaking in the same place. HOW CAN THEY BE SEEN AS A LEGIT COMPANY!!!!!
