I bought the Sennheiser HD350BT headset through Takealot a year ago. Was very happy with sound, ease of use etc. Quality product all round. But this is not what this review is about. The product suddenly would not switch on. I contacted |Sennheiser directly via Mail and explained the issue and they asked me to return the product via courier for inspection. A week later, this morning I had the pleasant surprise to receive a brand new replacement product. No quibble, no fuss. Thanks Sennheiser, this is the second Sennheiser headset I bought and I am extremely happy with your excellent service. You are simply awesome.
Was called by Mobile talk and offered a decent data contract. Was assured that there was Telkom coverage in my area. Once I received the router, I discovered that there was no Telkom coverage in my area. I contacted Mobile talk and said I confirmed no coverage with Telkom. They agreed in writing that the contract was of no use to me and arranged within a day or two to uplift the router. A month later the full debit order went through my bank. I contacted Mobile talk via mail and from then on I was ignored. I reversed the debit order. A month later the debit order went through again, I reversed it again and online cancelled the contract directly with Telkom who gave no reply to me. Later a contract cancellation fee was charged on my account!!!!. I once again reversed this as I feel I did not benefit anything on this contract!!!. Telkom then proceeded and handed me over to debt collection. I explain everything to the debt collection official. His response was that he agrees with me but that this was my fight with Telkom and I will now be blacklisted. In other words, I must now take up a fight with Telkom, who ignored all my E-mails. To prevent them from blacklisting me, I paid the contract cancellation fee. In short, this is the type of service you can expect from Mobile Talk....
