Coffee and service quality
Definitely the best coffee around. If you want great coffee and cake combined with good company, Coffee Notes is the place to be. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Great place to be.

Touchdown Group lack of service
We bought 2 holiday weeks at Dunkeld Country Estate through the Touchdown Group. What a mistake!!! This was the beginning of endless frustration with the useless service from the Touchdown Group. They do not answer phone calls or email correspondence. They seem to have a huge personnel turnover as one never corresponds with the same person twice. The latest issue is that their mailbox is full and emails cannot be delivered. Is this a scam?

Coffee Notes Coffee Quality
Over the past two years Coffee Notes' products and service never ceased to amaze me . The coffee is top quality and the roasting proses clearly under control. I have never had over roasted beans. Furthermore, delivery always as promised or before the intended delivery time. Thank you for a good product and good service!
