Worst service ever!
Ordered a specific roofing sheet,Pieter sent whatever he thought I should have.When I aked for a refund,I was told I am going to pay 20% handling fee.Besides all of this I waited a month for the sheets and wrong length,had to cut! Everything about this was a disaster!!

False advertising with delivery 3-5 days, Beware!! Ours resulted in missing a birthday gift, ruining a very special birthday! Promises was made from here to the end of the earth, which turned out to be false! Worse even, NO apology whatsoever, comments on FB gets removed and your recommendation changed!!

RCI very unaccommodating
RCI is very unaccommodating (despite being a client for many many years) moving our March 2021 week which now falls outside the revised school calendar of 2021. I am @ a school and can only use school holidays. We already were forced to move this 2020 week within 4 months due to Covid. I have to move it again, and have to now pay another exchange fee, which I feel is very unfair as the revised school calendar is Covid related...and I don't have a choice as my employer is the Department of Education.
