Lack of service, professionalism and no sense of problem solving skills. All they care about is receiving payments. I would recommend that we as South Africans cancel our contracts with Telkom so they go under because they don’t care about their customers. We continually get billed for contracts we didn’t sign up for. It’s so annoying to see money go off your account without your authorization. Telkom must fall
I am disappointed with the way my returns are being handled to date. The lack of professionalism, constant reminders via WhatsApp, email and mobile but no response. The sad thing is that a handling fee was paid already. It almost looks like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I’m disappointed and Carl has waisted my time.
