Money ****mers! Collect money and no product delivery! No professionalism and lack of accountability. We bought a Medical electric bed for over 32k in April/May 2025. The product was not delivered . We started making follow ups of the product 3-4 weeks into our order. Five months later, we are still not refunded of the product not delivered. We are being sent from pillar to post when we call MedQ office or their management officials. Most recently our calls are now being ignored. Very unprofessional company to deal with.
Ubuy provides an online shopping platform where they sell you faulty international products. Thereafter takes no responsibility in accounting for products worth thousands! I bought a Byoowndiy Wax Melter beginning of November 2022 from UBUY.com. It was delivered on time (first week of December 2022), I then tested the product and it was functioning. Two weeks later when I took the product out of it's box to start production of my products. I could only do one batch of wax melting. The machine stopped functioning. It would no longer heat up, but only switch the on and off button. In disappointment, I contacted the online store (Ubuy.com - South Africa) and reported the matter. They responded via e-mail that they would not be assisting me as 7 days from delivery has lapsed. How ridiculous is that a customer pays thousands on the product including shipping and handling fees. When their product doesn't function within even a month of delivery they take no responsibility! This store (Ubuy) is a broad daylight robbery. They supply faulty appliances and take no responsibility for it! When you report to them, they will send you a ticket number thereafter close your case before any resolution takes place. Absolute crook tendencies!
I bought a product online from Postur seen from an advert on social media. I paid for the product on the 1st of November 2022. Until today (12/12/2022) I have not received the product instead I am bombarded by spam mail with their unending list of products on offer. I made a follow up on the 30th of November on the status of my product delivery. Instead I was told that Postur has delivered the product to their logistics company called Buffalo International Logistics. When I check on the logistics company website with the tracking code given. The tracking code is registered as delivered. I have inquired with both POSTUR and BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS. No one is taking accountability! Instead I am sent from pillar to post. Postur has a terrible service, they are not refunding me neither is giving me what I have paid for. At this point it's a mystery if they are legit or a scam all together.
I would like to thank Marakeng Online Store for the delivery of my product. My SUGGESTION would be that your store should consider a responsive -communication system. If I place an order as a customer, it is comforting to get a confirmation e-mail (with your logo) of my order. Most importantly, if I am given the order reference number through Paystack (as it was the only e-mail received in my case). Your system should be effective and responsive in tracking the order. I only got the error message whenever I tried tracking my order. It will be great to also be great to get a response from Marakeng store officials when we send inquiry e-mails with regards to our orders. This could avoid a customer posting their negative shopping experience about your online store, due to prolonged silence treatment from the store
Ordered products online with this store for delivery to my address. No product to date, and what is frustrating the most. They have an option for tracking items on their website, BUT it doesn't work! They don't respond to calls and emails either. THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM! My rating for the store is actually zero.
Our experience with Mix Telematics Africa (Pty) Ltd (MATRIX) has been an unpleasant and a frustrating journey. We had taken a car insurance with the company and were loyal customers for over 6 years . Only to find out that with one of our cars we were getting double billed for at least the past 4 years. Upon our inquiry which was a mission on it's own. We were promised a refund from the double billing error that had been occurring. This was during the month of April 2021; Thereafter numerous follow ups were made with regards to the promised refund. Months later, the story changed that it is now us who owed the company money. We are no longer getting refunded. This is despite the statements that were sent to us, reflecting the refund amount of over 4k. Seeing that we are being sent from pillar to post. We have recently requested to cancel the service from, however money is still being deducted from our bank account . The e-mail that was promised by one of Matrix consultants as a confirmation for cancellation has not been received as indicated. In short, Matrix seems to be double billing their clients and refuse correct their error by refunding a client/customer. Thereafter, as a client you will be frustrated from being sent from pillar to post in effort of ensuring of their own internal errors. Matrix has also ensured that they frustrate the process of service cancellation; as one would spend a lot of money calling their call center for weeks on end with empty/ unfulfilled promised on their end.
The customer service with Tracker Connect is truly one of the worst South African services I have experienced thus far. After months of going back and forth trying to resolve a misrepresented contract (nothing less than 5 months). In December 2020, I and the service provider finally came into an agreement of starting a new rectified contract all together. Starting from December 2020, the new contract is meant to be set in motion. They have not done what is supposed to be done on their end, and I am now bombarded with e-mails, phone calls from their lawyers and my name is being discredited. While the error is on their end. I contacted the consultant I have been dealing with at Tracker Connect, and I am faced with the waiting game once more (it could be another 5-6 months of non resolution once again). I would not recommend this service provider, if you value your peace of mind as a customer.
I have an ongoing terrible experience with Tracker Connect services. I inquired about car tracker services from an official (Mr Clinton Reddy) via telephone in January 2020. As I needed services for my mobile kitchen tracker, explaining the nature of my business and asset to be covered/insured for recovery. Which is most times stationed on the side of the road and camps in a secured business complex in the evenings. I waited for the quote for more than a week before I called again to get the quote. Little did I known that I was busy following up for a terrible deal! Eventually, I received a quote from a Lady by the name of Teboho. With an emphasy on the kind of mobile-trailer I have, I was given a quote of R55 - only per month premium. This was the contract I received on agreement (stating the R55 rands only premium per month). To my suprise a month later, my account is being debited more than R1800 and an additional R85 separate debit order. I have send queries and have been in communication with more than 4 official to try and get solution to this problem. At some stage I was told that the R1800 cost is for tracker device installation and the R85 is the standard premium. My issue is the fact that all these additional cost are revealed to me in the middle of the contract. Tracker connect misrepresented information to me as I would have made an informed decision to take the service or not. I strongly believe I was mislead into the contract as the installation fee was not disclosed to me during my inquiry of the service. Secondly, I was sent a contract which only reveals the R55 premium for 24 months. I have called numerous times and sent e-mail from Finance to legal and back to Mr Clinton Reddy, however I am not getting any any help in finding a way forward. I had requested the recording as I was presented the services during my telephonic inquiry. It has been close to two months with 2 e-mail follow ups to Mr Clinton Reddy. Let alone the fact that I have been in communication with Tracker since May 2020, to try and get a solution to this matter. I have not received any response, accept e-mails requesting payments. Tracker connect deceives people into entering contracts with non disclosed additional cost; they present a small amount of premium and when it is time for payment they debit a higher amount (not presented on contract). My experience with their officials has been beyond the word terrible customer service. They are evasive and so unprofessional by misrepresenting the information on their services
