Great Pest Control service for Durban. Highly recommended.
Really friendly and most importantly very honest. They were far cheaper than the competition.

Dishonest and much more expensive than the competition.
Very dishonest. Reported infestation when there wasn’t one. Reported that there was a white ants nest under the house when it was just a pile of building rubble. Competition quote was also much cheaper (75% cheaper) and didn’t require tenting.

Very difficult to cancel - they keep charging you
Awful experience. Very difficult to cancel. They continued to bill me for 4 months after I cancelled. I cancelled via 45min phone call, cancelled via their website twice, and then cancelled via their WhatsApp portal about 6 times, and still they continued to bill be every month. Then to top it off they billed me for the Router even though my contract was the older contract (5 years old) which stated the router would be paid for if the contract was not cancelled within 2 years. Stay well away from WebAfrica.
