I paid a rental deposit of R5000 for my daughter in January , now that my child has moved out of their residence she is entitled to get her deposit back. I have called them and written them emails but they are not responding, Their system of requesting refunds keeps on saying we don't have enough credit. I need that deposit to use it as a deposit in January for another residence.
I have been mislead by the agent to buy two timeshares. Right now I lost over 200 000 after the agent misrepresented facts to me and took advantage of me being a widow to coerce me to buy the time shares with promisisng benefits. Now when I told her in January that that this is not what the agent told us and therefore I would like to cancel both time shares, a lady by the name of Princess keeps on calling me once or twice a month threatening me and telling me that I will be balcklisted on the rent to buy timeshares and I will also loose the money I invested on the paid up timeshares. . When I asked her to make a booking for a time share that I paid cash she refused and told I am not getting anything since I paid my rates and taxes late. This company is a **** that targets vulnerable women and widows and they make use of their agents who misreprent facts to customers and force them to buy without discussing the pros and cons of the contract. I am now depresssed because of what this company's agent and Princess did to my family. I was actually ****med.
they are the worst especially when you have to make a withdrawal. they will make sure they make your money dissappear from your account and you will spend hours on their helpline until you run out of airtime. Right now I am unable to withdraw over 40 000 from my account as they keep on telling me different stories
