A nuisance of a company with no principles & standards. When they have to refund you they go against all South African finance laws and much. Keeping money that's supposed to be refunded as if they want to maximise on interest. ****mers of note who will tell you it takes 21 days to deposit a refund. Which bank do they use which is left in dark ages? Use them at own risk

Becareful you book a room get and invoice when you go to get the keys the room is no longer available for your child and you have to settle for something you do not want money deposited dissapear. You get no feed back what so ever. Try to cancel and you are forced to pay for 4 months stay. You can not apply for refund of money even not if not one night was stayed. They take more than month with no reply then apply the refund you asked for to a room you didnt sign to pay for. They are *****sters.

I paid a rental deposit of R5000 for my daughter in January , now that my child has moved out of their residence she is entitled to get her deposit back. I have called them and written them emails but they are not responding, Their system of requesting refunds keeps on saying we don't have enough credit. I need that deposit to use it as a deposit in January for another residence.

this specific student accomodation is the worst, you pay for facilities you will not recieve, lacks safety (go search respublica princeton village on tiktok, they were on the news)

Respublica service is been so terrible since I started a lease with the in March this first week forced to pay for the February even thou my son was there in Feb, and we told if he doesn't pick up the key he will lose the room even thou we paid the deposit 11k , and in August I sent my son to ask them as his lease is ending on the 30th of November what they need they said nothing he should come back on the day he is moving out, on the 1st of September I sent them an email with proof of payment for September, I asked what they need from me as my son contract is coming to an end in November and there was no response from Lindiwe yet again. Today I send an notice that again with the October proof of payment that he will be moving out end November and she said received , please log a move out online when I do it , its not allowing as I need to accept November and December payment now, and dont agree with the Aod. And told to fix it and she's not replying to me so now I cant log a move out. I feel like since Feb they been ****ming money out of me and im tired of this cheating this the worst please you can put your kids, also in winter they swith the guyser off the kids had to use cold water such an abuse but we paying every month.

Hi, I sincerely wish this company reads this message because there is a serious issue with your management, how do you charge students R100 for the allocation of their NSFAS top up because they erroreounously entered their name instead of your desired reference number! if the funds are in your account with the incorrect reference number and I come to you with the POP for allocation, your business ethics are questionable. And might I add how you have reduced your cleaning service after we were promised the carpets will be vacuumed at least twice a week to now twice a month, your heaters are turned off at random hours!! Students are always studying so if you want to ask " who's up in the a.m's" We are! I just want the value you have promised when we signed up and stop these dishonorable business practices.
