Beautiful place, however the food service is terrible, we attended brunch at 11h00 on Sunday 28th March as a group. The first meal came at 12h25 and my cousin was told an hour and half later that the meal he ordered was not available. Not a great place for an eating out. The floor Manager just came once and disappeared. She said I am sorry and turned her back very quickly to leave to never come back. Had a chance to speak with Guy the kitchen manager as we left, very nice person and he promised to sort out the kitchen as he was still new.
I have previously requested a Covid-19 three months’ Payment Relief from ABSA company, with the hope that my employer would survive the Covid-19 economic challenges. All documents were sent through to relevant department and when call, I am told I was supposed to respond to some SMS to confirm if I want the relief or not. This doesn't make sense, why would I apply for credit relief and be asked by SMS if I want it. I might have missed the SMS, but I applied and all evidence is there for proof, no one at ABSA wants to take that into consideration. The Legal department has no email address, they only send you number that your struggles to get through. I have all evidence of communication from the 23rd of March 2020 and sadly I have to hand the car. I was just a number a ABSA and pretty sure soon they will sending very same legal team to black list. We did not ask for COVID-19 to come to our country and should we punished a natural disaster situation. I really think banks should have give us one year relief, but the system works against us.
