Shocking service re defective chair
We are in the process of replacing every single item of furniture in our house (a total interior makeover). I ordered 1 x arm chair which was delivered by the courier and placed directly in to our garage as we are currently re tiling our home. Courier asked us to sign for the package but didn't ask us to open the box or check anything. On the third day after receiving the delivery, we were ready to place it in the area designated only to find two massive big stains on either side of the chair. Immediately I log the return with photos attached (clearly showing its still in the garage next to the box, it hasn't even entered the house), only to be told by "Neh" a very arrogant staff member that I've exceeded my 48 he cut off for returns. When I ask to escalate my complaint, I get told that the manager agrees with her and will not be replacing anything (no phone call from Leon at all - this so called manager). Most furniture stores offer a minimum of 7 day returns, including Takealot and Superbalist which offer hassle free returns and exchanges within a 30 day period. I have not even put this piece of furniture in my house yet, nor was it checked on arrival by anyone including the delivery guy. So now why am I stuck with a defective chair that I have to pay for but cannot put in my house!!!! Shocking service all around - staff & useless "management". Please don't buy from them!!!! Next level arrogance on their part

GORGEOUS YOU WOMEN'S CLOTHING - SCAM ARTISTS.
This company has run off with my money. I ordered 9x ladies small tops, 2 months later I finally received 4 of my items (which are a mens large). They respond to emails when they feel like it and promise to refund, but here we are 4 months down the line with no tops and no refund. They have many complaints on Facebook and they just delete all the comments and block those people. They have since turned off commenting entirely on their page so that no customers to see all the warnings about what a scam they are. SHOCKING!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE PRODUCTS OR YOUR MONEY BACK.
