MIA Telecoms is the WORST company to log a system fault with. I logged a fault report on the 2nd of September for a phone not able to transfer, and it has been 83 days no solutions!!! I've sent numerous emails to try to follow up, and can't get through to their landlines. The monthly debit order amount is over R6000 but I guess that does not include actual customer service.
