Mabotwane invited dec 2022 to sign contracts for Learnerships of safety and security. January 2023 we got manuals to study and all and signing timesheet every month tobreceive stipend of 2000 from saseta. Firstly which learnerahil still paying R2000 in 2023? Secondly theres many lies they mentioned to us i cant even tell Thirdly we still waiting for Stipend up until the 5th month we havent received anything. When you ask about the stipend no one answers on the wattsapp group Makola talks to us as if we kids and tells us if you wanna quit you may do so showing no respect to us Mabotwane owes us R10000 of stipend this far. We signed contracts in dec knowing our term starts in dec and end Nov 2023 to our shock we only find ound 3months later when the saseta rep came to adress us that our term now starts in January 🚮when it ends will be shocking also i believe Mabotwane shame a a freat company is just misery
Today I went to apply ID for my son. We were there at 6.00am whole standing on queue waiting to be served the car guards were booking space for other people for R50 if you African R70 if your white or even more than that. Management is aware of that even put a notice that if someone has bought a spot at the front won't be assisted. But the sad part is most of the people who buy the spot are white and even securities are aware of that and working together with the guards. I was there until I was served after 6 hours.
July 20 I enquired how to put a claim since I was retrenched in August. July 21 I received a call from Vuyokazi explaining of the process July 22 sent back the retrenchment form together with ID copy and bank statement and later sent Ui19 on August 18 in order to proceed with the claim. October 1 Rohini called me explaining that I need to resend retrenchment form as it was not visible enough together with 3 month bank statement before, during and after retrenchment and home loan statement (I was upset with her why she is telling me now after the form and why should I send home loan statement also even told her I need to report this) October 5 I sent a visible form and 3 months bank statement as per their request. November beginning of the month they never called me so I took the liberty to call them my partner spoke to Melissa on the 5th giving out info that we don't need to send bank statement for October just have to explain the funds coming to my account and that our claim is waiting to be accessed(I was confused with the info asked my partner to call again) he did call and spoke to Musawenkosi and he confirmed Melissa explain and said that will get feed back 4 to 7days.OK cool I took it that's the way to go and wrote email explain about the funds on the same day. November 16 the same Musawenkosi sent me email saying I need to send bank statement for October 1-31 November 16 Naledi sent email saying I need to send bank statement for September, October November and explain the incoming funds (I'm confused now with different info) still waiting to send their request... November 17 I get and email with letter attached saying my claimed has being closed failing to send documents as requested. Kindly assist me with this matter cause I feel they don't want to pay the claim. Every month I get different information from different people they are misleading me with false info.
