Stay Away From Manhattan Lofts
After living @ Manhattan Lofts for 3 months. I was. Notified of a rental increase. Manhattan Lofts agents failed to point this out to me or explain the clause. With regular electricity shortages, wifi shortages, bats falling on me (what If I had contracted Rabbies?), plumbing issues, stains on my wall due to water leakages above me.. I would not recommend Manhattan Lofts. Other tenants and I have requested a collective meeting with management, however, our requests have been ignored. We took to review platforms such as these and our reviews are being report as false by central developments despite having evidence. I've had problems since the very first day I moved in.
