I have bought a few rotten items at this checkers.... please check your stock... this is unacceptable i have to travel uo and down to return and replace this items... it not been 1 time but more like 5 this year alone
This has been a long fight. So lets start: 1st - Bought the car through Wesbank, had the car 3 days and some idiots try to hijack me. So while I drove through obstructions that was put in the road to stop me I ended up damaging the car, but I am still alive due to not stopping, God knows what they do to woman that stops. So, OUTSURANCE only paid for the cosmetics to be fixed but not for the suspension that got hurt due to the accident I had, So I decided to cancel the insurance due to the rip offs going on. 2nd - Wesbank then told me I have to have an insurance, they can offer me 1 until I get a new insurance. So I did not feel the need to get one if they offer 1. They then gave me 4 policies: Premium Coverplus Premium Driva Protect Premium debt cover Premium retrenchment So in this time I have had this car, I hit a few rocks in the road, Husband loses his job due to market going down in the industry and i have to provide for the family. miss a few payments, then my husband gets a job, we pay the outstanding amount. Then the car breaks, things that was damaged in the accident that OUTSURANCE did not want to cover, I have to pay to fix the car, I then miss 1 payment. hoping WESBANK would understand if I pay a little more every month. 3rd - Covid 19 Hits South Africa. MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF DONT GET PAID FOR 5 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We didn't receive any money for the first 3 months. Then the UIF came in, WOOOOW, its so much money that we could not even buy food for that time, the neighbors helped us through that time. Things then started normalizing and we went back to work, not fully... I work 2 days a week and my husband 3 days a week. so we decided to pay the car again. So instead of just adding the money we owe on the settlement amount, they choose to call me with ****y attitudes (Vicky) and some other which I cant remember the names. Just to tell us the car is at collections. Now my questions are as follows: What is the policies we pay for? Why do they not cover anything? Why do you sell them to us if we still have to get in contact with them our self? Why have I never received any copies of this policies? Why cant I find a website with this VAP Premium rubbish? Why are you constantly bothering people with the same **** that we just told the previous caller? So come and try to fetch the car that is left with a few months of payment, 7 or 8, not sure. You will find it burned out. Then you can go and claim by the insurance and then you can take me to court. You guys are unreasonable and full of ****!!!!!!!!! I don't even owe a year on the car and now you come with stories. ITS RUBBISH!!!!!!!!! NON kind regards Leatitia Basson
