Worse online service ever. The AI answering your questions online can only do so much. Order paid for on 24 June 2025. Feedback says ORDER FULFILLED 24 JUNE 2025 (really) when following up on this order. The phone number does not exist and no feedback on email. PATHETIC!!!
I strongly urge all consumers wanting to buy through this company to avoid the disappointment. Since paying for my purchase I recieved what I would assume was an automated response, however after trying to contact the sales representative to follow up on the delivery of my order as well as using the 24/7 chat line, which they state will warrant a speedy response, all of my emails have been unanswered. There is no speedy response at all, let alone any response or communication from this company other that the automated response after taking your money. The fact that there is no communication on behalf of Bravest.co.za is disheartening and concerning to say the least and I'm doubtful that my purchase will even arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
You made a purchase online on 22 July 2021 and paid for it with a promise of delivery witin 10 days. No feedback. Received an email stating that the parcell was delayed due to covid. Then email received that I will receive refund due to some new customers being sceptic about this company. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED YET!!! Emails were sent and even on the quick responce tab online. WHAT ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THIS PLACE IS!! Should have checked it out first. They should be blocked from advertsing. They owe me R9999,00 or delivery A.S.A.P or they will never forget my name as long as they live. I know the address is ARABIAN HEIGHTS 16, 88 ANDERSON STREET, LOUIS TRICHARDT, LIMPOPO, 0920, but his is very far from me. I would have knocked down this GILBERT BATSIRAI GOBIYE door and give him a huge peace of my mind. Go back to where you come from.
