Poor service and Negligence
I made a huge mistake to appoint Magma Inc Attorney to assist me with property transaction. The process started in Feb 2022 till Now which is August 2022 the matte is still not finalized. There are numerus things that caused delays, 1 of them assigning the matter to person who doesn't fully understand the process. The conveyers kept the file for almost a month saying SARS didn't provide clearance only to find out the document is in the file. They claim that they didn't receive clearance from Municipal only to find out it was sent 2 weeks ago. The list is long, the file was rejected twice at deeds office. I would recommend anyone to use their service. They don't update clients, you constantly have to call and sent follow up emails

Good customer Service at KingPrice
I have received excellent service from Tshegedi Tladi- He was assisting me with building structure and content insurance. He listened to what I needed to be covered and explain everything in details when I was asking him questions. He was very patience and proffessional.

Talisman refusing to give back refund/deposit
The store don't want to take ownership and worse experience that I have received from the manager. Cashier refunded deposit to someone who claimed to be sent by me, the store never called me to verify and the person didn't produce POP for deposit but he was given cash. The manager is saying we should wait for SAPS to investigate thus they cannot refund me, it's almost 4th week of waiting The matter was escalated to Talisman operations manager via email and till to date no answer
