Refund on a failed conveyance service
On 20 Nov. 2023 I requested a refund of R..... from Magma Inc attorneys for their failure to deliver on the conveyance service. It's more than a year now since I've made the payment. Here is an extract of their response which I received On the 27 Nov. 2023; "We will take this matter to our director and he will be able to process your request and provide you with an update on the status of your refund." It's now the 24 Jan. 2024 and no update or communication from them as promised. The longer my money is with them the more value it loses and it is not fair. Thanking you in advance for your help in this regard. Their reference: transfer erf 3191 protea north ext 1

Run in the opposite direction
Incompetence and arrogance is all you will get from these people. After giving me invalid banking details and trying to cover their backs with the seller by insinuating that I made the error (something I easily disproved by showing them their invoice with the incorrect banking details), the director is dragging his feet in instructing his bank that is holding the funds in their suspense account to reject the funds, so that I am refunded.

Poor service from Magma Inc Attorneys
We received extremely poor and unprofessional service from Magma Inc Attorneys while purchasing our first home. Apparently Thato Mashabela is incapable of keeping documents safe, as he "lost" the cancelation documents, therefore delaying the purchase of our home with several weeks and causing us to pay unnecessary interest because of total incompetence and no-care attitude. I would strongly advise people to stay clear of this firm.

Poor service from Magma Inc Attorneys

Poor service and Negligence
I made a huge mistake to appoint Magma Inc Attorney to assist me with property transaction. The process started in Feb 2022 till Now which is August 2022 the matte is still not finalized. There are numerus things that caused delays, 1 of them assigning the matter to person who doesn't fully understand the process. The conveyers kept the file for almost a month saying SARS didn't provide clearance only to find out the document is in the file. They claim that they didn't receive clearance from Municipal only to find out it was sent 2 weeks ago. The list is long, the file was rejected twice at deeds office. I would recommend anyone to use their service. They don't update clients, you constantly have to call and sent follow up emails

Magma Inc providing very good service
We experienced some delays due to unforeseen circumstances in the registration process of our 2nd bond. After taking this up with the director and applicable staff at Magma inc, they advised that they are working around the clock to get all cases processed. After taking the time to hear me out, they made my problem theirs and really went the extra mile to make my application priority. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for them, they have gone out of their way to help me with this. A huge THANK YOU to Magale and Karen for your utmost best and impeccable, professional service! I will be referring anyone in need of legal services to Magma in future!
