We have a Totai gas/electric oven that is 3 years old. The selector switch broke a year ago, and since then we have been struggling to find a new switch. Totai has been using the same excuse now for a year, apparently they are out of stock and are switching over to a new supplier. Does that whole process take more than a year? And how are we suppose to cook in the meantime? So we have a new oven, that is basically useless as we can't use it. If Totai can't supply parts that has broken on a new oven, then maybe they should stop selling their products.
We recently joined Outsurance Pet Insurance, and it seems they will use any and every excuse not to pay claims that were submitted. We tried to claim for a recent vet visit and have been struggling for a month for them to settle the claim. First they wanted a prescription for the medication, which we submitted, and then they wanted the medical history. It's puppies, they don't have a medical history. They were born, developed allergies, which is common for their breed, so what more do they want? Sizwe Khambule was supposed to handle the claim, but he can't even remember which vet he spoke to. I won't recommend them to anybody. Please avoid at all cost!!!!
We went to Nedbank Vaal Mall on 28/2/2023 to print statements at the Self service machine, which then had a paper jam and my statement was then stuck inside the machine. The bank just closed a few minutes ago and the security guard (Joseph) was still at the door. We tried to ask him for help as we did not want to leave confidential documents in the machine for anyone to see. He refused to open the door and was extremely rude and we had to shout to explain what happened. We left with the documents inside the machine, and are extremely upset with the rude behavior of Nedbank's Employees. We only wanted to ask him if it was safe to leave the documents in the machine, but he completely ignored us and refused to even listen to us. We realize the bank was already closed, and tried to explain that we did not want to go inside, and just wanted to ask a question.
Just to warn people who consider using Kruger and Kruger Attorneys in Vanderbijlpark when purchasing a home. Please don't!!! Our cancelation documents got lost after we already paid the transfer fees, we were told the registration should not take more than 10 days, and this has been dragging on for 3 weeks, with no explanation or feedback from them. We have asked numerous times to be called back for an explanation, as this is our first home and we would like to know what is going on. Not a single person has phoned us or contacted us with an explanation. When phoning them, they just don't answer. In the meantime, we have to pay interest on the money that we borrowed to pay the transfer fees.
We received extremely poor and unprofessional service from Magma Inc Attorneys while purchasing our first home. Apparently Thato Mashabela is incapable of keeping documents safe, as he "lost" the cancelation documents, therefore delaying the purchase of our home with several weeks and causing us to pay unnecessary interest because of total incompetence and no-care attitude. I would strongly advise people to stay clear of this firm.

I am disgusted by the customer service I recently received from Cell C. I was offered a Data contract by a sales agent. I told him my phone does not have a dual Sim card so I won't be able to use the card. He then told me I don't need to insert the Sim in my phone, I can just activate it on my Cell C mobile app, which turned out to be a lie. I tried to cancel the contract without any success, they transfer you from agent to agent and then finally cut you off. How can they lie to you and then refuse to cancel the contract as they gave me the wrong information. I asked them to listen to the recording of the call, and they keep on insisting I agreed to the contract, which I did, AFTER THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG INFO.
I took my Renault Clio to Renault Vanderbijlpark on 23 Nov, I mentioned to them that the vehicle struggled to start. They checked, did tests but did not find anything wrong. The next morning the car did not start. We replaced the battery, problem solved. So, last night we drove for the first time in the dark, and now the lights is giving problems. The dims are not working, only the brights and only when you keep on pulling on the lever for the brights. We phoned again this morning and after being put through to several people who were unable of unwilling to help, we were told that we did something to break the lights and we had to pay R900 to fix the globe that apparently blew. Funny the car did not start and lights stopped working on the day of the service. And if the globe blew, how come the brights are still working and the order is reversed. Brights now only work on dim?? Why should we pay for something that went wrong during the service, and for a car that is still under warranty?? We were also told to bring the car in at 07h30, and when my daughter told the person that she had to be at work at 07h00, and asked is she could bring the car at 07h00, she was told that they can't help her then.
We had an extremely bad experience at Silverado Spur in Vanderbijlpark. We went for dinner and was ignored for 15 minutes, people that came in after us was helped first. When I asked for the manager, the waitress, Cindy, told me there was no manager, and then laughed in my face, when in fact there was clearly 2 managers present. We were eventually helped, with absolutely no apology from anybody. I'm very disappointed as Spur has always been our favorite restaurant, but will in future rather dine somewhere else.
