No call back

I am so disappointed in the service I have received from this agency. I enquired about a rental by contacting the agent online. The agent did not respond on my request. Two day after my online request, I phoned him and he said he has to check with the office regarding that rental and will get to me. He never did. The next day I went to their office and the Receptionist told me she will have someone contact asap, Still nobody phoned me back. Last attempt was when my wife phoned and spoke to a lady at their Rental department. She promised to convey the message to the lady responsible for that specific property because at the time my wife phoned, the lady apparently just stepped out of the office. Two weeks since my first contact with this agency and no one has called me or my wife to follow up on our enquiry. This is very bad service.
