Yesplay its a **** of betting site I deposited money into my account last month I wont money the then did a withdrawal to my Nedbank account it was on a Wednesday fine it did not receice the funds when I communicated with them they said they have processed it but I did not get it on my account they said I must provide them with my statement of February mind you it has not yet been month end I can't download it on my app or go to the branch and ask for one I waited till month they locked my account when I try to communicate they give me run arounds don't reply my emails chat booth till today I have not received my funds
Yesplay they are ****s I have been with the betting site for more than two years have never had issues till they failed to process my withdrawal for more than 5 days till to date have not received anything they don't even want to unblock my account due to that
Worst betting sites they take long to attend to your queries they transfer you from agent to agent without any solution their withdrawal process is the worst many customers complain but yet they don't adhere to their matters
I have canceled my subscription with this company I called. We agreed on the terms and was suppose to pay the difference of the router the still send me emails of my invoice and end September they send an invoice showing last payment yet last month they debit the payment still they upgrade my wifi without my concern
