On the 2 April 2015 I ordered a DVD from Top CD The Grove. I returned on the 6th April and was told by the sales assistant that the DVD have not arrived, but that they did in fact have one on the shelf that I bought for R149.99.<br> However on Friday the 10 April 2015 I received an SMS from the store that the DVD I ordered have arrived for R59.99.I returned to the shop, with the DVD still in it's original packaging,with the price R149.99 on, but without the sales slip. I explained the situation to the manager, asking if I can return the more expensive one and buy the one that they ordered for me. The manager stated that they cannot refund me and that she was unable to confirm the sale on the system. (Despite me giving her the date and the time of the sale). She also explained that the price of the DVD on the system was now R59.99 and that she could not refund me R149.99.<br> After being loyal customers of Top CD for many years, we will certainly consider taking our business elsewhere in the future.
