Fred checked with me before he scheduled appointments and he arrived early before the buyer. He noticed unique things and pointed it out to the buyers. He also gave telephonic feedback after buyer left.
Parthetic is all I can say. I ordered a ASUS mesh router from PC Link on 4 August 2020. It took more than a week to deliver from Randburg to Pretoria. Five days after receiving the router I informed PC Link that the one unit was faulty. A week later I complained that the balance of the system drops devices from the wifi network. PC Link collected the unit and 3 weeks later send the courier to fetch the other 2 units. A week later Mustek confirmed that their is a faulty unit and they need to repair it under warranty but they have strikes due to Industrial action. After 5 weeks I received the repaired system. I installed it and realised that it was still faulty. I informed PC Link of the situation and they told me to take the matter up with Mustek. For the past 3 weeks neither PC Link nor Mustek is responding to my emails nor are they sending a courier to collect their faulty piece of rubbish. If I want a refund there is a 30% service fee that will be deducted. There seems to be no marketing executive, director or MD to escalate complaints to despite my request for the contact details of a senior person to address this complaint. How is that for a rip-off
