Seems to be going down hill.
When I first joined Rd debt , Russel was still around. Don't know if that has anything to do with it but it looks like it has gone belly up. I saw on my Trans Union that my debt had prescribed. The step I was told to follow by annetjie was that I needed to get my prescription letters so they can get the clearance certificate and the debt review off my name. I paid them last year August +- and was told it would take approximately 4-6 weeks. It is now February and still nothing. When you contact them they brush you off and tell you that they will look at your file and contact you the next day. This does not happen. Then when you want to enquire on said day. They don't answer you. I will now be contacting the NCR directly to see what steps I can take and at the same time reporting Rd debt counselling.

Just awesome, won't use anyone else.
Had a hdmi port and ic replaced on my one x, what a pleasure to deal with csc, friendly and professional service, have recommended them to family and friends and will recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks for all you guys do. You are awesome
