De Cerffs projects are skelms
Never do business with them,the husband is shaddy AF and the wife ,they lie constantly and get defensive if you point out their mistakes, they don't honor the warranty and become rude, the husband is a little girl that's runs to his wife to fight his battles ,but he wants to be rude to the workers. My pool was installed less than 4 months ago and we have problems already ,now when you call them and ask them to come out see the problems ,they become rude and block you on whatsapp and don't answer your calls . I have all the proof they are skelm and give shifty workmanship. No after sales ..Once they have all the money they treat you like **** ..

Discovery insurance is Pathetic ..
I'm a third party claimer. My car was damaged by a discovery insured client. With that said,I'm waiting on them to sort my car out ,but I'm been told thr damage cost X amount and they only willing to give half and that I should go and claim the other half at the place where the accident happen. I'm in or let me say trying to be in contact with Mathapelo Bokaba at Discovery but I never get through or speak to her. I phone ,I email . No response nothing . I call it almost every second day . Discovery insurance only cares so for their clients and does not care about third party claims They deal with them on their time Pathetic for such a big company .

1 Comment Sort You talking about loadshedding was a problem, when I clearly told your husband about the loadshedding times, he clearly did not take note ,he was almost never on site ,he speaks to guys like he wants ,what type of leader is he ,you forget to mention that I asked your husband clearly everytime how long and when will this pool be done ,and his answer is 1 more day and that it will be the next day complete..do you mention that I even told your husband, I'm having a event at my house for my parents 50th anniversary and what does he do..he pitches up on the day of the event ..does not regard what I said,he then just continue working and makes as if nothing wrong ,he comes the next day again for a few mins and leaves and tells me he will be back ..and I tell him that at 2pm it's loadshedding, what does he do ..comes back at 2pm when it's loadshedding, then I tell to come back when im home after 5..he replies yes..he will be there ..8pm comes and goes..his not here and nor does he say his not coming ..next day dows not pitch at all ..it takes you a half day to say his in langebaan..*** ..what about my pool ...I paid every cent,but you guys just thought you can do as you please...I'm saying it ..you have s **** way of doing business and this platform is here to warn future customers of you ... What did you pay ..You paid for work your husband never finished.. Ask him ,what does he do on site. When I told you how he is and how he operates, you were shocked..but now you know it all . I have video footage of how your guys lay around doing nothing, how 1 guy is on my property to do work ,do you think people will go thru all this kak if they were happy with the service they got .. You damn for sure gave a kak service, hence this review, live with it ..take it on the chin and make sure that for your future customers you don't mess them around like you did to us .. I'm going take this lesson and move on . Fool me once ...shame on you ..Fool me twice..shame on me De cerffs projects ..you are who you are .
