When it came to the bill, they doubled charged me. I reached out for my reply and they said they'd "glady" refund me and it can take up to 10 business days. Now they don't respond to my emails. Completely ghosting me after taking my money. Never going there again and will post this review eveywhere.
The place was neat and everything but my car was broken into at the parking they had giving me. Goods were stolen and we did not spend the night there as we received an emergency number and nobody answered when we were in need. I had to pay my insurance access fee and they never refunded me. I would not recommend staying there due to the way this whole situation got handled.
I am sitting with a vehicle that I feel unsafe to drive that was fincanced through MFC. Call after call and mail after mail, you get no response. The car dealer informed me they had responded to my complaint made at the bank but nobody from the bank is reaching out to me. Now I must just wait and keep paying a car that isn't even roadworthy .
I financed a vehicle through MFC. The car is faulty and unsafe for me to have on the road. After struggling with the dealer I made a complaint at MFC nedbank. No feedback, no communication. I'm left in the dark and refuse to pay this car any further. They can put me in the red I'll just buy a car on a family members name because this has become pathetic.
I would not recommend buying a car from Hyundai. They sold me a faulty vehicle and won't take it back and refund me. Instead they said if I trade it in and take something else I'd have a shortfall and it will be included in the deal. I am basically stuck with a car that was probably in an accident because there is no way I can bend a axle from driving a car for three months. It is also very unsafe because I needed new tyres 3 months after the purchase. Absolute fraud.
<div>I would not recommend them my debit order was set for the 1sr of every month. They decide when they want to debit order you so not having money in the latter stages of the month can cause me to look like a bad payer. I reached out to them by mail and on social media. No response. Will definitely look for a new insurances company tomorrow .</div>
