I would like other customers to be made aware of the fraustration I am experiencing dealing with Zoopah SA I purchased a Massage Bed for my salon on the 16th August 2020, paid for it with my credit card which was 150Dollars I was told a couple of days later that the shipping charges were incorrectly charged, I asked them how do I sort the problem out I was told to reorder and the new shipping charges would be calculated. I duly did this and was astounded to see the shipping charges came up to R7000.00 the original payment I made was +- R2300.00, I cancelled the order and said my refund will be sent to me but they needed my current banking account details and not my Credit card which I had paid with, it is the 26th November 2020 and have still waiting for me refund after several emails with no response Do not ever use these people again. I am totally disgusted with them Pelecia Naidoo
