I placed on order on the 25/01/2021 been tracking the order on the 27/2/2021 the order has been cancelled. All I want is my money back. I can't find them emails and contact numbers don't exist.

Be warned, Zoppah SA is bad news! I ordered items last year in September, to day is the 14th February 2021 and I've not received my items. WhatsApp and email seem not to be helping.

I ordered a few items from Zoppah and i still havent received them 5 months later. I sent emails and WhatsApp messages but I m being ignored. Word of advice....dont waste your money and time with ZOPPAH Very unprofessional

I would like other customers to be made aware of the fraustration I am experiencing dealing with Zoopah SA I purchased a Massage Bed for my salon on the 16th August 2020, paid for it with my credit card which was 150Dollars I was told a couple of days later that the shipping charges were incorrectly charged, I asked them how do I sort the problem out I was told to reorder and the new shipping charges would be calculated. I duly did this and was astounded to see the shipping charges came up to R7000.00 the original payment I made was +- R2300.00, I cancelled the order and said my refund will be sent to me but they needed my current banking account details and not my Credit card which I had paid with, it is the 26th November 2020 and have still waiting for me refund after several emails with no response Do not ever use these people again. I am totally disgusted with them Pelecia Naidoo

I purchased Clothes from Zoppah on the 28th of August and I paid for DHL shipping which takes a maximum of 7 days, it's the 7th of October today and I still haven't received my package, I paid a shipping fee of R1500 because I was expecting my things in September but I still haven't received them, sea shipping was R300 and it takes a month, now my air shipping took a month as well and they told me they have complications with DHL and they've transferred me to FedEx and now I'm expected to pay another R845 on top.. And my friend bought from them and had no additional fees and she got her staff within 2 weeks. I haven't been receiving updates from them I was begging them for updates all they said was the Chinese are on holiday, and they are waiting for waybill, I had to do my own research and I found out that my things are in Joburg with the FedEx company waiting for the payment of R845
