I placed on order on the 25/01/2021 been tracking the order on the 27/2/2021 the order has been cancelled. All I want is my money back. I can't find them emails and contact numbers don't exist.
I've waited for 3 months to get my medication Discovery shifts the blame to the doctor . All i need is my meds!!! The worst time ever to be soo incompetent and unreasonable
Support centre from Luno is very poor. My account was locked its been almost 3 weeks just to reset the authy code to date it's not sorted. The system keeps giving different ticket numbers and support centre staff sends emails to say it's sorted when its not...??
I am very angry I keep following up on the same issue 2 weeks ago these attorneys assured me that my details will be updated with and emailed me an unapproved "clearance letter" this annoying
It's almost 2 months paid up Foschini account but still the records still appear as unpaid. I have emails and no response.
