I logged a return of shoes which took 2weeks before collection. Finally they collected the shoes here can mes another problem for my refund. Customer care number not working they respond on messenger with automated message.It was my first order and never again.

So I decided to call you again I spoke to Sindisiwe she told me that I must wait for another 5 to 7working days after I waited again from the whole of last week. I submitted everything to Meeander and she even confirmed that I should get my my money within 7days which I waited and today I am being told to wait again for another 7 working days. I asked to speak to her I kept on holding until I got cut off... Meeander is delaying my payment for no reason what a pathetic service.
I had the worst service ever with Mr price home I bought an L shape couch online only to receive one part of the couch on a friday. They said there system had an error which is why they deliver one part of it, the courier guys the one who delivered the couch were very rude cause I had changed my delivery address. I went to Mr price home asking what was wrong they called Asanda and said he was going to call me back on Monday which he never did the whole week passed while I was trying to get my refund now it's the third week from the day of purchase they keep on telling me the guys will come and collect but nothing. Mr price home I want my money back or deliver the other part of the couch by Friday. Your staff must not lie and thru blame Desha or Deshnee but the bottom line is you need to rectify the mistake. Your customer service is very poor. I am the who calls you following up on my order and tlyet you did the mistake it's cost3me money
