I ordered a few items from Zoppah and i still havent received them 5 months later. I sent emails and WhatsApp messages but I m being ignored. Word of advice....dont waste your money and time with ZOPPAH Very unprofessional

#BlackFriday I ordered a keyboard on Black Friday by mistake and it was delivered yesterday. I called the Cavendish branch for a return procedure and they were very helpful and referred me to my nearest branch Table bay Mall. I called them and the lady who assisted me was very helpful and professional. Thank you very much Incredible Connection Tablebay Mall. Appreciated
I am very disappointed with Orms Woodstock....We took our camera for repairs in September. Ive been going backwards and forwards calling and not getting any help or not being answered and being promised that someone will get back to me. Orms staff...your service is PATHETIC.....RIDICULOUS I have paid everything and i do noot see what your problem is. I run a business and i have lost a lot of income. Worst service ever !!!!!

Im so disappointed with Pick n Pay Boy da goede circle I bought a tray of rotten eggs yesterday The whole house is smelling of rotten eggs....No wonder they were on special RIDICULOUS!!!

Went shopping last week and a friendly lady assisted me. She had good product knowledge and helped me decide on the jacket i wanted to buy. Thank you Mary ( I hope i got your name right)
On arrival at the newly established Table Bay Incredible Connection I had taken a pair of faulty Headphones to the Tech guys who had promised to have the problem enquired at a factory and that they would be returned to the store within a period of a week or two and they have failed to do so within their given time frame and have not made any attempt to make any contact whatsoever as to why they have not been delivered yet , this is not however the very first time they have failed to deliver as i have experienced service of the very same nature at the Incredible Connection at the Bayside Mall with a product that had to be returned . I am utterly disgusted by their lack in the ability of seeing through to the concerns of the consumer and that I have to make it my problem that their product had problems and that I should enquire to them as to why delivery has not occurred or no feedback was given intially .
